In Darrell Rasner's first start this year he pitched great. After a rough first inning he settled down and pitched 5 stellar innings to give the Yanks a nice 6 inning performance. He may be able to replace Kennedy in the rotation, and be the guy we all hoped Hughes and/or Kennedy would be.
The Hitting really came through today, with Abreu and Jeter combining for seven hits. Cano also hit a homer, maybe this is his turn around game. Melky continued to stay hot, and I'm confident in this team right now. With this sweep, the Yanks are back over .500 and will stay above that number as long as they continue to play this great.
